By using GeekKnights.com or related Geek Knights™ services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 to create an account. You are responsible for your account and must not use Geek Knights to break the law, harass or harm others, commit fraud, spam, or interfere with the Services.
Geek Knights may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our rules.
You keep ownership of your original characters, artwork, photos, videos, posts, and other content.
By submitting content to Geek Knights, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, share, reproduce, and use it to operate and promote Geek Knights. You must have the right to submit anything you post.
Geek Knights may offer auditions, casting, events, contests, productions, and other opportunities. Applying or participating does not guarantee selection, employment, payment, credit, or participation. Additional agreements may apply.
Geek Knights™, our logos, series, original content, designs, video, and other materials belong to Geek Knights or their respective owners. You may not use them without permission.
Payments and donations are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated at purchase.
Donations support Geek Knights and its projects and are not investments or guarantees that any particular project will be completed.
Use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Notice.
The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geek Knights is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Services.
Utah law governs these Terms. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration in Utah, except eligible small-claims matters.
You and Geek Knights waive the right to a jury trial or class action for claims subject to arbitration.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on GeekKnights.com.
