Geek Knights™ ("Geek Knights," "GK," "we," or "us") operates GeekKnights.com and related Geek Knights services ("Services"). This Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email, username, profile information, age or date of birth, location, photos, videos, messages, posts, gaming interests, audition or casting materials, and other content you choose to provide.
If you make purchases or receive payments through Geek Knights, payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete credit-card or bank-account information.
We may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser, device type, approximate location, pages viewed, activity, and interactions with our Services through cookies and similar technologies.
Quiz, referral, and giveaway information. When you take our quiz, we collect your answers, your result, and your email address. If you use or share a referral link, we record which link was used, so that we can give credit for referrals. If you enter a giveaway, we collect the information that the official rules ask for. If you win, we also collect your full name, your shipping address, and any image you send us for the prize.
Emails. We use your email address to send you your quiz results, updates about Geek Knights, and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of each email.
Giveaways. We use giveaway information to run the giveaway, count entries, prevent cheating, contact winners, and deliver prizes. We use it as described in the official rules for each giveaway.
Information you choose to post publicly may be visible to other users and the public.
We may share information with companies that help us operate Geek Knights, including hosting, analytics, security, payment, email, advertising, and other service providers. We may also share relevant information with production, casting, event, or business partners when you participate in those opportunities.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect Geek Knights or others, or as part of a merger, sale, financing, or similar business transaction.
Prize partners. If you win a prize, we share only the information needed to make and deliver it with the companies that do this work. These companies are manufacturers and shipping carriers. If a giveaway's official rules allow it, we can show a winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and prize on our website and social media.
Geek Knights does not sell your personal information for money.
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, security, advertising, and improving our Services. This may include services such as Google Analytics and advertising or social-media platforms.
Where required by law, you may opt out of certain targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing.

Geek Knights is a social community. Anything you intentionally post publicly - including profiles, photos, videos, characters, comments, or other content - may be viewed, copied, or shared by others. Do not publicly post information you want to keep private.
Geek Knights is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@GeekKnights.com.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
We retain information as reasonably necessary to operate our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
